Most personal injury claims in Ireland are nowadays taken through the Injuries Board (a Board set up to process claims arising from injuries).
Obviously, we in Callinan Murphy are very experienced in dealing with the Injuries Board (or Personal Injuries Board) and have a number of solicitors working in the field.

Injury Board claims involve submitting the claim to the Injuries Board; the Injuries Board will then liaise with both sides. In due course (if the matter is not resolved earlier by way of you receiving compensation), the Injuries Board is normally tasked with estimating the amount of the claim. Thereafter, the Claimant and Respondent can decide whether to accept this figure or not. If it is not accepted, the case can proceed through the courts.
We in Callinan Murphy are very experienced in this area and offer you extensive legal experience and expertise.

If you have a claim for the Injuries Board, and want legal advice, please feel free to contact John Callinan, Martin Kerrigan or Emer Mulry for a no obligation consultation. We can advise you of your rights, your options and whether you might have a case.

If there is a personal injury claim, we will help you through the whole process in an understanding way. We have long experience of bringing about successful outcomes for our clients.
